I had a pleasant stay at Hanns Inn Batam. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and eateries, making it a practical choice for both short and longer stays. Overall, a simple but comfortable hotel with good value for money.

I had a wonderful time at Hans Inn Hotel. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful scenery—the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and the overall experience pleasant. Its location also makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, yet it feels peaceful and quiet when you’re back at the hotel. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay with great views, Hans Inn Hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely come back again!

酒店位於市中心 從 habourbay 打車過去十五分鐘左右 設備齊全 應該是剛翻新不久 洗浴設備都很新 酒店隔壁是旗下的按摩店 價格合理 很方便 白天晚上都有保安在門口很不錯 缺點是隔音不好 冷氣不太冷 出了酒店轉角處就有cafe 馳名的 babi guling pak made 就在隔幾間步行距離可到達 總體來說很滿意 這個價錢真的是超值了

We booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery.

The new family room very satisfy with the stay. The room very clean. The workers from front desk, maintenance or housekeeper all very freindly and helpful. I will stay at Hans Inn again.

Overall is 90% fine.Rooms are big and clean.Location is near by many amenities like Nagoya foodcourt. Staffs are helpful. Bad point is curtains,mattress, pillow,towels are old and dirty. Need to change it immediately. I hope, owner aware it and upgrade it. We would love to come again

Hotel cantik bersih dengan Suasana Yang tenang. Staff Yang baik dilayan ramah. Minta extra bantal pun cepat dapat. Dekat dengan Kedai makan ,dobi, indomarket, cafe Dan kemudahan2 lain. Tempat urut pun dalam hotel je... Dah letih2 jalan balik boleh terus pergi mengurut... Klau pergi batam lagi mesti tempah hotel ni lgi...
